Sean McQuade is the founder of Back Pocket Resources, a long-standing expert in staffing and recruitment, and the cofounder of Eclos AI Partners, which delivers strategy, training, and execution. He brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive leadership, business operations, and team building. Sean treats AI as the newest tool in a proven toolkit and holds AI certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt University. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University's Questrom School of Business to strengthen both his companies and expand their offerings.
