Stephan Rodriguez

Stephan Rodriguez is an experienced civic and economic development leader with a background in mobilizing cross-sector partnerships to drive social change and innovation. His background spans advocacy, philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and business development, with deep expertise in advancing systems change through collaboration, coalition-building, and community engagement.

He has held roles with non-profit organizations such as the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, where he served as Alumni Manager and liaison to Babson College. A proud AmeriCorps alum, Stephan began his career with City Year, where he helped launch the organization’s site in Miami. He remains an active member of the Rhode Island community, working to build innovative partnerships that expand economic opportunity across the state.
